Meet Dr. REMINGTON
Crystal Remington, O.D., specializes in cornea and contact lenses. A residency trained optometrist, Dr. Remington completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Iowa before moving to Boston, Massachusetts, to complete her Doctor of Optometry at The New England College of Optometry (NECO) with honors. She then completed a cornea and contact lens residency rotating through the New England Eye Institute, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, BostonSight and TLC Laser Eye Center.
Upon finishing training, Dr. Remington joined BostonSight in 2013 where she provided highly advanced contact lens services for complex patients. This included prosthetic replacement of the ocular surface ecosystem (PROSE) treatment for patients with severe ocular surface disease and corneal irregularities. During this time, she continued as adjunct faculty at NECO teaching contact lens laboratories and training student optometrists. She is an active member and Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and continues with education through various, posters, lectures and workshops.
